Mike fixed my AC unit by adding R2 coolant with a sealing compound in it.
I was told by two other AC companies that my unit was shot and needed to be replaced....That's the difference between a predatory AC company and Mike at Probity HVAC. Every service call I've had in the past for replacing coolant did NOT include a sealing component in it. Hence every year I needed to replace coolant and every year I was told I needed a new AC unit. Probity means adhering to highest principles and honest ideals. Mike certainly proves that! Mike also said the coolant he used has a UV component in it too. That way if it does leak again in the future the UV allows him to know exactly where the leak is so he can fix it. He's a great HVAC educator.
