I had my patio done during the pandemic, took three days due to the shortness of staffing in the city, to get through inspection. Had good customer service ask for Gina, looks like she's on top of things there. ? I love my patio and my lights that I can dim. I have nothing but good compliments from my neighbors.

We were referred to them by another company. We had a patio cover (25x22) installed. The process was not customer friendly. Their rep, Daniella, was terrible to work with. Her lack of communication is the main reason for a low score. She never answered calls or texts in a timely manner and her she acted as we bothered her. She never provided clear or full information. Due to this our patio, that we paid a higher price to ensure is attached to our house, is not completely attached. A gap is left allowing water to come in. When asking the company why, we were told we just "forgot" that we were told. No solution offered, no apology, just an "oh well". If you use them, stay on top of all details, ask lots of questions and have the expectation that you will be answered when they feel like answering you. For what we paid, I am disappointed.

Pronto Patio came out to install a new pergola for me. Then the rains came, I have contacted Pronto Patio on August 28, 2023, and they stated, "We don't have a date for you" meaning to come out and fix this problem. November 28th will be 90 days and we are still waiting for Pronto to come out and fix their problem. They love collecting the money but do not fix their mistakes.
