Sign paper in front of TCF bank and notarized his paper proposal quote , and get suspended plumbing license 5/8/2019 and refuse to give back deposit. , in june 25th he went to cook county register pull the work permit work , cook county did not check clearly on his license give him the permit work 9/8/2019 when his license was already suspended 5/8/2019. IPDH Illinois department public health send me paper regarding his suspension license and i can not able to hire him no more , he refuses to return my deposit $5000 that he took .
