It went very poorly. A company owner originally worked with us planning the remodel, then he showed up the first day and was rarely seen again. The owner hired subcontractors that were not qualified to do the work. The remodel was supposed to be done within a two month time frame maximum. It has now been seven months and still having problems. For instance, the paint on the walls is bubbling because eight coats of paint were applied within a one hour time frame; there are white flecks of paint all over my floor from where the trim was painted sloppily and not cleaned; every doorknob has white paint on it, again from a sloppy paint job that was not cleaned up; they replaced a French door and did not seal it from the outside, causing water to build up for three months before it simply flooded into my kitchen......these are a few of the bigger problems. The white paint has never been cleaned, the bubbling paint has never been repaired (we were told it met industry standards, even though many guests have commented on it because it is so noticeable), the area around the French door was never inspected for water damage......they simply sealed from the outside and painted it, which again was very sloppy with pieces of flashing left hanging from the door as well. Every time we tried to contact the owner it took at least a week to get any response and then another week or two before he would send out the same subcontractors that clearly are not qualified or they would have done it right in the first place. I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had. I have tried to work with them to no avail. I would never recommend them and when guests come to my house to see the new remodel and comment on the how poorly it was done I make sure to tell them to never use the services of Property Professionals LLC.
