Prospect Builders Construction
For over five decades, Prospect Builders Inc. has focused on supporting families and businesses across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island through emergency and restoration services from its East Longmeadow base. Originally established to provide onsite temporary housing for those displaced by fire and smoke damage, the company now delivers a range of services that include 24-hour emergency response, board up, fire and smoke restoration, water extraction, dehumidifying, deodorizing, and both structure and content cleaning. When properties are severely affected and uninhabitable, Prospect Builders supplies one- to three-bedroom mobile homes and handles packing and storage of clients’ belongings until repairs are complete. The family-owned business is led by President Dean LoMascolo and founder Don LoMascolo, with a staff of 31 experienced professionals handling projects throughout the Northeast.

We had a house fire in March of 2022. We started off with a different company. After a month of just lip service we fired them and hired Prospect Builders, best decision we ever made. They were wonderful. They were direct, kind and professional. All of their subs did a great job. Our main contact was Matt Trinceri, great job Matt, you were a joy to work with. Vile company. Ruined my home and are gaslighting us into thinking their poor craftsmanship and inability to see the facts. They laid our floor parallel to the joist causing them to open up between every floor joist. They are blaming my foundation, humidity...no, it's them. They are now forcing us to take a tile floor and sign away liability. We have insulation from the window they installed coming outside and inside. My window trim in my bathroom had to be done so many times, I gave up...it's not even attached anymore. My standing pantry doesn't touch the floor or ceiling.
I asked for quality...and that's one thing I didn't get. Hardware, color and style were open, but QUALITY was a must. They did not deliver quality at any standard, not even sub-par.
