    Bill Pullen was contracted to complete work as a general contractor. He was contracted to demo and build walls, tile floor, install trim, lights and other miscellaneous items that go into a kitchen renovation. Bill has left the job incomplete, walked out three times after being paid and had to be coaxed back to complete the work he was paid for. He caused damage to our 35,000 mustang while installing tile in the mudroom, damaging the car down to the metal. He damaged cabinets and when held accountable, complained about the cost we paid even when providing receipts. The floor he installed is cracking, chipped and has grout all over. When pointed out he ignored us. The transitions are damage and his solution was "take it out of his bill".The trim isn't complete. He damaged cabinets, household items such as Thor fridge and curtains. He flooded the kitchen causing damage to the floor. When asked to correct the job and complete, he demanded more money. He is licensed but we do not have proof of insurance. He continuously blamed us as homeowners while telling us to "google" work. We are not arguing the cost of renovations but the quality of the work. We have to remove and replace the tile due to insufficient installation. We have to buy new cabinets due his poor workmanship. We have to hire another contractor to complete the work he did not finish. The walls he "fixed" still require mudding and sanding. He was paid for all the work prior to full completion. We are are now left to find another contractor to redo and finish the work he has started. We DO NOT recommend.
