I had Quail install soffit and facia on my house a few years ago. Recently, my fascia became detached with some still attached, hanging from my house. After securing it so no more would be detached, I notified Quail the next business day. For the next two weeks, I continued contact in hope to remedy my concern. I was informed that their computer system was updated and my file was lost. I took in proof of previous payment to them. No effort was made by Quail to solve repairing my fascia. My numerous phone calls in the next two week period were not returned. I guess once Quail had my cash, they failed to stand behind their work. Really, how many fascia do you see hanging in your neighborhood because it wasn't securely attached? Mine from Quail was !!!! I would not recommend them at all !
