Do not hire Tom unless you want poor craftmanship, terrible communication, enjoy throwing thousands upon thousands of dollars away, and have every subcontractor he hires walk out on him because he is unprofessional. Every single thing he touched had to be redone after we let him go. When the professionals came in and took over where he left off, they could not believe that he has his contractor's license. He does not have the knowledge or the experience and has no business pretending he is a contractor. "Quality" and "Care" should be stricken from his business name.

We had our home inspected for a sale recently. Obviously we were not home during the process. When we returned home we found muddy foot prints all over the hall, dried mud piles and specifically a total mess in the walk in closet. They left insulation and mud everywhere. This is totally unacceptable. Inspectors should ALWAYS wear booties when entering the home. No respect at all for the home or home owner. DON'T HIRE!!!

This Contractor was hired to do minor repairs. The repairs were actually completed, but the subcontractor Tom hired to do the work had extremely poor craftmanship. We went back and forth with Tom, but aparently QUALITY was not part of the scope of work.

Tom was great to work with! I had him put back together multiple apartments and a hallway after a large water intrusion. he came in at very good cost and finished ahead of schedule. I will be reaching out to him for more projects in the future. thank you, Quality and care!
