The house i love. The service is horrible. House came 3 days after originally scheduled. Then the skirting installation still hasnt been done 4 weeks later . Also there is some drywall damage and a few other things that need to be fixed also and 4 weeks later they still havent shown up.

we bought a mobile home from quality homes about 3 years ago, when they delivered our home they were very rude and told us to take a small deck down otr they would leave, they proceeded to set up our home and they took our axels so how are we ever supposed to move this home if we need to? please think before you buy from this place.

Through our process with them we were hung up on by both John Lamonica, our sales rep, and Jim Garski, the owner. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Lamonica knows some construction industry terms and throws them around to appear like he knows what he is talking about. He does not. His lack of organization borderlines on comical and worst of all, he is dishonest. Once he has your check in his hand, he is done. Our home was complete on July 6 but wasn’t placed on our site until Sept. 3 because Lamonica waited until a few days before the initial scheduled crane date of July 16 to have our property inspected. Then he informed us we needed more fill which we couldn’t make happen with such short notice. Months later, Lamonica tried to claim our garage footings weren’t in on July 16; I have photos of the completed garage footing time-stamped June 18. Getting him to reschedule the crane was like pulling teeth. About a month after the house was finally set they sent an individual to complete the finishing work on our home who actually damaged our brand new home then helped himself to a piece of OSB from our site before all was completed.
