We hired Quality roofing by design to place a new roof on our home. Once the roof was installed we still had leaks in the same general area. The first time it took many calls to get the leak fixed. A second leak developed and it took from July to November for them to come out to fix it. It was not fixed properly and still leaks during heavy rains. They will not return calls nor emails.
I was also informed by Dave English, the president, that the subcontractor that was hired to install our roof was unlicensed. You would think that would be reason enough to follow through with his customers and resolve the bad work that was done.
I would not recommend this company.

Quality Roofing By Design, Inc, owned by David English was hired to re-roof my house on 7/29/2019. I discovered a leak from the roof that damaged a bedroom wall on 9/20/2020. I called Mr. English and left many messages. He finally answered and blamed it on the house design. Days later he sent someone to glue something up on the roof (???). Mr. English did not investigate or took responsibility. I had a second leak on June, 2021 at the front porch wall. The roof still leaks. I tried to contact Mr. English, left many messages. He answered by 8/05/2021 and this time he blamed it on the gutters.
I hired a license roof inspector, and the findings were poor workmanship and no flashing among other issues. A copy was mailed to Mr. English. He called just to tell me, that inspection was between me and the inspector. In other words he showed comply disregard and I never heard from him again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do not loose your money, he is not reliable nor honest.
