I hired Jim Gordon with Quality stucco for the second time. The first time it was to trim our french doors with stucco. After finishing, there were immediate cracks and not to address the issue of cracking at the corners. His response was to caulk it.
This second project was to stucco the side of our house to match the existing. Again, immediately after completion there were dozens of cracks. His response was "we can only caulk them, as we are allowed up to 3/32" before we do anything". UNACCEPTABLE. I would not allow him to fix it, because I did not want a caulking nightmare of my wall. I was out of town when his crew finished the job. My son notified me that his crew left ALL of his equipment out on the front lawn. I notified Jim this had happened immediately, and Jim ACCUSED ME of putting his equipment out there and I was going to be responsible if it was stolen.
I will NEVER hire him again, nor would I EVER refer him to my worst enemies.
