Had to call Brian (owner) numerous times for repairs to the new roof they intalled. The 1st time they had thrown the shingles on the roof and busted a hole through the sheathing over the new shingles they actually installed. They came out sometime later to fix that. It took them three times get the shingles lined up right on the mansard roof. The biggest problem I'm having now is the timberline shingles are falling off the mansard part of the roof. They no longer answer my calls and refuse to repair it. The only reason I even went with the schister company is because a buddy of mine worked there As a salesman. He left because the owner was ripping him off on pay. The funniest thing was the owner actually told me the installers probably didn't know how to install shingles on a mansard roof. You just can't make this stuff up. My suggestion is to hire a real roofing company for your project.
