    Flooring

There is nothing quick about them. If I had moved here from another country, had to learn English, find the contractors I needed and scheduled them myself it still would have been faster than letting them take care of it. A waste of time and money.

    Bathroom/bedroom remodel

We went through Quick Restore per Quick Dry's recommendation but we will never use them again. Quick Restore is unprofessional, they have projects managers threatening to walk away from projects part way through. They have terrible communication skills. They only reach out to when they are waiting for payment but we had to constantly reach out to them for scheduling purposes. I do not recommend this company for anything m I understand they are emergency services but there are other companies to go through that are more professional. Our project manager Brian Heck slandered me to my husband and accused me of withholding information from my husband regarding updates on the project. 2 of the days his guys were here, he pulled them away for another job and had them come back to us later which is not ok. If we are scheduled for a specific time slot, then they shouldn't be taking the guys away in the middle of them working on our project to go to another job and then come back. They have other employees for that. We were out about 5 or 6 hours of work getting done from that. Toby, who is in charge of the project managers, didn't seem to really care about our experience with Brian. I had spoken to someone name Alicia, who is supposedly Riley's wife (Riley being the one on charge of the all of the employees) and let her know what was going on and she specifically got Riley involved and had him call me so I can let him know everything. She even suggested we get compensated for how we were treated. Alicia no longer works there from what I was told. Again, we will never use this company again and highly recommend no one does. They are awful and money hungry.

Water damage 2 rooms ceiling, walls, window and hardwood floor.
    $4,500

I had water damage in July 2020. Quick Restore is inept, unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself a big headache and avoid this nightmare group of incompetent people. I would give zero stars if I could. Please feel free to contact me for photographic evidence and more details. Patty Wills

I had water damage in May 2020 that required new flooring, removal of bottom kitchen cabinets, and countertops and backsplash. What should have been a 1 month project, took 3 months. they did not measure correctly, which resulted in not enough flooring, floor molding, and backsplash being ordered. they tried to have their finish carpenters finish the flooring and did a terrible job. The floor ended up being ripped out and relayed by a real flooring person. They did not order the countertops from the company I picked out but made the decision on their own to go with a different company required me to go pick out another countertop at different store. All finish work had to be redone several times because their own staff did a less than satisfactory work. I would not recommend these guys to do any work for anyone. it was a very painful process.
