I wanted to write you and let you know that R.A.D.S. does some truly standup work on repairs :). From working with the insurance company to the water mitigation and repairs all of it was very very smooth and painless. R.A.D.S. even came out on the 4th of July to pull up the wet carpet/linoleum to begin the process of drying everything!. One of the awesome things about R.A.D.S. is they do all of the work, they dont subcontract it out to other workers, and let me tell you! their workers are hard ones, the floor finishing team stayed until at least 8PM if not longer in order to get the job done by the time it was promised.
I have absolutely no complaints with the services that were provided, Dan (the owner) is very approachable and available via Cell at pretty much anytime. I highly recommend them for any repairs you may need.

Rads did an great job. I used them at all of my Ihops locations and even at my personal house. They are very friendly and trustworthy contractors. Always show up on time and do outstanding work. Thanks RADS
