The Midea brand HVAC system installed in my home by RCC Cooling and Heating on 20 April 2018 has never worked properly. Robert Cordova, owner of RCC C&H, made several attempts to resolve the various issues between May and October 2018. None were successful. But when I ultimately demanded that he remove the system and refund my money, under the terms of his own 2-year parts and labor warranty, he stopped responding to my calls. Finally, on 26 February 2019, I again contacted Mr Cordova by telephone and repeated my demand for removal and refund. I gave him until 8 March 2019 to do so. I have not heard from him since. I have therefore filed a formal written complaint with the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board, and I have begun the process for filing litigation against RCC Cooling and Heating in the Riverside County Courts. As part of that process, I have discovered that RCC Cooling has had numerous address changes over the past 5 years, all of them in residential neighborhoods. In fact, the address given in this BuildZoom listing differs ... as a "current" address ... from information obtained through public records.
