We had quite a few stumps that needed to be ground down. I contacted over 15 companies in the Spokane area to get quotes...Only 5 returned some sort of response (two texted/called me once, three physically came out to our home) One of the companies that advertises stump grinding on their sign came out and gave us an estimate while we were at work, said he would do all in the front yard for one price and when I asked him to come back out to walk me through what he was quoting, the number doubled!
The second told me he cuts them out because grinding doesn't work. He came out was there about 5 minutes asked me the quickest way back to I-90 and told me he couldn't give me a quote. Why waste anyone's time?
How do these companies even exist? Where is the customer service? Is it that difficult to call and say sorry, we are booked or we would rather pass on the job.
R&C was the ONLY company that showed up when they said they would, did a FANTASTIC job, great communication, reasonably priced and was professional to boot! Highly recommended for tree services in Spokane.
