worst contractor in PA. Not only did R&L Builders do a terrible job and make a mess of my home when they added my addition, but they also installed the roof incorrectly so it is already leaking after only a few months. The leak caused a fire in my son's bedroom because it shorted out the smoke alarm. Fortunately no one was hurt, but had this happened at night, it could have been tragic. Do not hire these people. The owner has a tendency to change his company name, so do not hire any contracting company run by RICHY or RICHARD KOSLOWER or KASLOWER (yes he even changes the spelling of his name. The addition he added cost us $30,000 to build, and now we have another $15,000+ we have to pay out in repairs. On top of that, when I questioned him on his work, he assaulted me in my driveway, pushing me and saying he did not have to supply me with answers.
Richie and Sons ( Richard Koslower is indeed a very aggressive overly temperamental argumentative individual. He took my money after conning us about the job he did, he sells a good portfolio and story about his expertise however his work remains to be seen, he uses cheap hardware and when he gets your money he starts derailing cancelling all orders for material and stealing your hard earned money, he is definitely not to be trusted, I had the police remove him from my property.
