I used R & L for some repairs from a fallen tree. Everything went smooth. Permits were all done by him and the insurance company was happy with the work. I googled the license number before hiring him so I thought I would stop back and leave a review. I'm not a big fan of contractors in general but he did what he said he would and the work passed all the inspections. Mission accomplished.
