  4115 farmdale rd Rafferty installed my shingles and within 2 months some fell off. After calling Jack they came back out and just placed the falling shingles back where they fell from and nailed them in place showing silver shiny nail heads. This happened over 10 times . Soon I had visible nails peppered over the front and side of my house. He said he would replace the shingles and did come out and replaced the side. However after more fell off the front I called and he said he was not going to replace the front as he said but would just re-nail them back on. The are 3-d shingles and his installer missed nailing them correctly and after heat hits them for a while the glue melts and the shingle falls off. I had to hire another roofer who said he would not go over his work they needed to be completely removed and new ones installed. I have to rate Rafferty roofing with a zero rating. One roof pay twice. My neighbors would place bets on which shingle would fall first as when they started to slide and buckle it was a matter of time before they fell. I never thought of having to ask a roofer how many shingles will fall of after you are done. If you hire Rafferty Roofing.....dont forget to ask.

  This company came out to do my mother's roof, ended up doing something with her skylight and never returned to actually fix her roof. My mother's single and has to hire people to help her and the company took full advantage of her, she paid and they did nothing!! Im disgusted and livid that people like this still exist. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

  I'm writting this for my mother. She had rafferty do her roof a couple years ago.
  It is the worst job I've ever seen. Not one edge on the roof is straight. It looks
  like they hacked the edges off. And on top of that,they have to come out again. I believe maybe the 4th time. My mother says 3. Shingle keep falling out.
