If I could rate them lower than one star I would. I submitted a service claim through my home maintenance warranty to have my thermostat fixed because a sensor was not working. The technician couldn't fix the thermostat and suggested we read the owner's manual and fix it ourselves. He followed up by reporting to the HMW company that the system was working properly, but incredibly also reported that the senor was not working. So, lets see, the sensor (which is admittedly not working properly) is part of the thermostat, the thermostat is part of the HVAC system....so, the system is not working. All in all, I think I would have had better luck with a NASA employee fixing this because it appears to require someone who excels in rocket science. That was the first joke, these guys are the second one
