No would not recommend. Uses cheap materials hires people who do not do professional work a lot of out electrical plugs were wired wrong, screen door on slider did not even have the lock on it. Never did our landscaping. Cheap carpet only lasted 3-4 years with only 2 people living in the house hold wouldn't think it would wear fast the kitchen and bathrooms low quality flooring island in kitchen has been loose from the day we moved in. The smoke alarms all went bad the first year we moved in also had to have the microwave replaced , also the gas fireplace has to be turned on by a light switch in the fireplace did not install thermostat that goes on the wall. I definitely would look for another contractor to say the least.
