This man is not reliable. He disappears in the middle of a job and does not return calls. He used an inexperienced worker who did the job very poorly and was to correct it, but has not and it has been weeks. He keeps saying he lost the phone number, or any number of other excuses. He also lost the list of items he was to give a quote on, and that was given to him a second time and I have yet to hear back from him. He started another job two weeks ago and left it half done, along with all his tools, and disappeared again.
