Home warranty sent Billy Constantino to work on an electrical issue. We were seeing sparks come out of our light switch, he first came out and told us it was user error, and that we had to just glide the light switch slower to prevent the issue. A few days later the light switched popped out of the wall so we called the insurance again and they sent him back out. The same guy came back out and said the wall plate popped out because the screws had been warpped....he was the last person to touch them.....he then proceeded to take out all the wiring from the wall and said it was actually a fire hazard and he did not have "time" to fix our issue. He left all the wiring exposed because he said he would not be held liable for faulty work...he said we needed to contact an electrician....his business card says HE is an electrician. This guy literally came out to waste our time and make our problem worse!!!!!
