Absolutely NOT! Billy Ramey put in a sidewalk for me in April 2015. Within 2 years, the walk is buckling and separating. When I first called, his phone number was no longer in service. I used the email address on his business card to contact him. He responded, said he would come by and check the walk but since has not called nor come by. Now he is just ignoring my efforts to contact him. A sidewalk should last many years, not just two. Most last a lifetime. I am a female, senior citizen and feel totally taken advantage of from Billy Ramey.
