We were affected by Harvey & had got help through an Agency called Avenue. We had an option to choose our own builder but Paula at Avenue had already chose Ramiro as our contractor & so he worked on our house. We were not satisfied with his work at all & he is very unprofessional! Gave him a set of keys to gate & house & those keys disappeared. He changed the locks to the gate four times. His team had access to our house at all hours. We found his workers there at our property after job was finished. We had to ask him for original keys back & changed locks bc we had a lot stolen at time that they were there working on our house. As far as the work he did he was working on replacing all rotted wood on frame. Did a lot of patch work & after he had finished & work was inspected. He had to go back 3 times to replace rotted wood or stabilize floor. Wished we had reviewed him before he was assigned to us. We trusted that he would do a good job. What's done is done now but if you are looking to hire him & his team hope this review can help in some thing. Would hate for this to happen to some one else.
