I would not recommend Ramos Construction LLC. Mike Ramos is hard to deal with and don't listen to what you want done. Bid was high but had no choice in excepting bid because Clayton Homes in New Braunfels only has him as a contractor. Foundation runners they poured was poor quality with honey comb and large voids. Had I not showed up to the site they would have backfilled the runners and I wouldn't have known the concrete was trash. Huge ordeal to get it fixed. On top of that I had to keep pressure on them to get the work done. They would only get one task a week done, turned a 4 week job into nearly 4 months and tried to blame it on permit issues with the city which when I contacted the city that wasn't true. Also he kept coming back for more funds which we took $14,000 in "fluff" on the loan which Ramos ended up with $12,000 of that "fluff". Had to have his plumber come out 3 different times which he did get the plumber out fast and the last time was an issue on the city side of the line. Overall I wish I would have gotten a different Contractor.
