In early '21, we contracted with Ramos Restores for a 2 bath remodel for 20K. Erik promised the job would take 3 weeks. They were 1 week late to start the demo although he insisted that WE were wrong. That was the high point. At no time was anyone at our house for more than a couple of hours per day. By the end of July, (6 weeks in), Erik called to apologize and said the job would be finished within 2 weeks. We continued to receive excuse after excuse. We are writing this review the middle of July '22 and the job is not finished. When we contacted Erik 10 days ago, he expressed surprise and asked WHAT wasn't finished. There is basically NO trim work finished. Neither the shower door or vanity plumbing and faucets was installed.
Much of the work is sub-par. It will be impossible to find someone to fix this mess so I will do the work myself. There is no way to convey the disgust we have for this job and the inconvenience we have experienced. We had worked with Ramos Restores on a backsplash job and they completed that as contracted. We feel that for many reasons, jobs of this magnitude are beyond the capabilities of Ramos Restores.
