I have just moved into my new home, built by Ramrock Construction, Llc. The owner, Michael Brough, did a stellar job! We demolished our old home and rebuilt on the same site, and from start to finish, Michael was there on the job nearly every day. His subcontractors were excellent (except one) and he was there to supervise and follow up on every single aspect of the process. He stayed completely within budget, and always kept us informed of any items that were more than the original bids and what we could do to work around those items. I found Michael to be a person of deep integrity and complete trustworthiness. He himself did all the framing, and the city inspectors commented on how he had gone beyond just "code" in his construction. Best of all, he did the whole 3400 sq.ft. home in just over three months. He is knowledgeable and experienced, and it all paid off for us.

1122 Tanglewood Rd. Missed deadlines regularly. Was frequently clueless about the work of subcontractors. Over budget. Many details overlooked such at 3rd car garage doors only 7 feet wide and it was specifically intended for a full sized truck. I ended up being the general contractor and doing most of his work. Don't hire him if you are looking for honest, dependable, knowledgeable, hardworking, or insightful.
