Ramsey Heating & Cooling is owned and operated by Greg Becker. I hired him to fix my A/C. He spent around 2 hours trying to find out what is the problem with the unit. Finally, he told me that it is not possible to fix and must be replaced. My A/C unit wasn t even 10 years old. So I decided to get a second opinion. I paid him for service call and 2 hours of work and started to call other HVAC pros. The next guy spent around 10 minutes of work, added couple pounds of freon to the condenser and system was up and running. It is almost 2 years and my A/C still going strong. Later on I checked Mr. Greg Becker Better Business Bureau record and on a scale of A+ to F he had F. No wonder why. I wish, I did this research BEFORE hiring him.
