I had Ramsey Home Repair install a TPO roof in May of 2020. An inspector has come in to do a thorough home inspection for our home sale. It was found that the TPO roof was installed incorrectly and when I sent Ramsey an email, with a copy of the roof inspection his response was less than professional. His statement of inspectors in general: “unfortunately don’t always know what they are talking about”. This was just one response that was not appropriate or professional. I will not be using his services at all in the future and would encourage anyone to seek second opinion on his work. I will be looking into legal action as the problem still needs to be corrected.
