I worked with Mr. Randklev because returned my call within 5 minutes of receiving my message and he provided advice on how to work first with the hot water heater company, as my hot water heater was still on warranty.
They recommended a software intervention and we were able to solve the problem without ordering new parts. I would have gladly paid Mr. Randklev for his time. He declined. He is now at the top of my list and I will call him if I need plumbing assistance and I will refer him to friends. MB Hoggatt
