RANDY’s Unique Builders

Since moving to Longmont just over year ago we have hired Randy’ s Unique Builders to complete several projects around our home (sheet-rocking/inside finish of a large 2-car garage, tiling, replacing bath-room fittings, several plumbing tasks related to bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen.) Their greatest contribution though has to completely convert our unfinished Basement into a combined office/sitting room/toilet and servicing area for all incoming utility services. Randy and Shawn always generate immaculate plans and timetables when performing these tasks. Their carpentry, sheet rocking and finished job skills are of the highest quality we have ever experienced. The same can also be said for the electrical/plumbing/tiling/ and contractors they utilize. They are also highly aware of all existing State, Local Government and Home-Owner Groups requirements ready for necessary inspection when jobs are finished. At the end of each contracted task Randy’s wife Dennette , who has her own cleaning business), made sure that the entire work looked sparkling clean down to the finest detail. Like Randy and Shawn she was a complete gem to work with as well. We could carry on with further praises. I found Randy's to be very professional in all the work they did for us. The roofing they did was very very good and done in the time Randy said it would be done. The roofs were on two historical buildings for the St. Vrain Historical Society in Longmont, CO. We are very pleased with the work and would be very pleased to recommend Randy for any work. All work was done with honesty and integrity.

I hired Randy to replace my dated 1970s interior doors, trim, and baseboards with updated white paneled doors and white trim. He and his son-in-law did an excellent job. They were honest, clean, and reliable. The job took a couple more days than expected, but they worked hard, they didn't rush, and they stayed until it was all completed to perfection. The doors are all hung straight and flush, which I think is hard to do in an older home. My doors open and close perfectly now! I would definitely hire Randy again for additional maintenance and construction work for our house.
