Did not install wood floor using the instructions provided by the flooring manufacture. This effectively voided the lifetime warranty on the floor.
Contractor misled customer in regards to his scope of ability, performing electrical work without an electrician’s license and without a permit. The electrical work the contractor did was unsafe and not to code.
After promising to install the flooring himself exclusively, contractor subbed much of the work out to individuals who were neither employees or registered contractors in their own right.

Did Not finish the job. Basically just put the floor in the kitchen and that is it!! It’s been a year and 3 months and has not come back! Didn’t do the trimmings, put back the moldings nothing!! Gave him $4400.00 and he sent one of his guys that has no experience ( only the experience he showed him at his last jobs and they weren’t many) I am very very frustrated and disappointed in his performance and professionalism! Before I gave him the money he made so many promises on how good the work will come out yet he took the money and and swindled me!!
