I would not recommend this service. I hired them to fix a residential HVAC problem. My AC unit was underperforming and then freezing up, especially on hot days. I told the technician, James, that I thought it was a bad fan and needed coolant. After some testing, he "thought" it was an underperforming capacitor. The existing capacitor was still functional he told me, just not functioning at full capacity. But, he still thought this was the problem. He replaced it at a cost of $160 for parts and labor. He was here for about an hour. The problem persisted after this repair. I was later told by another technician from another company that I was ripped off on the price of a capacitor($20), and that it wasn't even the real problem. The real problem was two fold: lack of coolant, a coil leaking coolant, and an underperforming fan.

Love these guys. Cant give these guys enough stars. They have now provided second opinions to other contractors who were more local to me who both recommended replacing units. Ranger resolved the issue. First repair $225, second repair years later $115. Calling them first from now on. Service techs arrive on time and are excellent at troubleshooting and honest.
