We had our roof done on a rental a year ago and Rankin Lyman's employee had cracked some of the red wood siding when putting the new flashing on. Even after a year he promptly sent out a crew and fixed it with new material and even painted it. With over 24 years in the real estate business he is the best roofer I have had the pleasure of working with.
