    After 7 months of working partial weeks and 4 hour days, Scott refuses to come back and complete the work his company was hired to do. The water line he and his "crew" ran has had five leaks and the drain tile has a large hole in it he made by digging into it with a backhoe. The side of our barn is wide open after he took the siding off and did not replace it. There are holes all over for both humans and horses to twist their ankles in and trash left everywhere (including human poop from a bathroom break taken in our run-in shed). I would recommend keeping as far away from Scott Rasegan as possible. His prices may be cheaper than everyone else's but don't throw your money away, he will leave your property in worse condition than when he arrived.
