We were promised a 30 day completion for a rough 10x16 master bedroom closet addition. Well it took 4 months, had to push back the hardwood flooring installation. Paul reused materials, had to hire a roofing contractor to fix RGCs 2 roofing attempts. RGC had issues with Regional building from the start, foundation forms, engineering paperwork, and roof. A one man operation lacking attention to detail, communication and became frustrated when asked to correct his mistakes. RGC now has a mechanics lien on our property We would not recommend RGC to anyone.

Where do I start? When I bought my home, Paul was hired by the seller to fix a foundation crack and some settling. He seemed nice enough so I hired him for interior paint, two bathroom remodels, appliance install, etc. I wish I could put pictures on here of the shoddy work that took him FOREVER, and that he never finished. He just decided to stop taking my calls. Now less than a year later, the settling is back and the crack is back. The paint job that took over a month in a 2200 sf home, (without me living here yet), was done completely half assed. I could go on and on - horrible tile work, my mirror he installed fell off the bathroom wall and damaged my drywall, which he never fixed. The hand towel rack he installed pulled right off the wall the first I tried to use it. The few times I was here when he was working, he was on his phone the entire time. Like, how could he focus on his job?? The experience was awful and now I need to hire someone else to fix all the shitty work that he did. My strong recommendation is DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. Oh and the neighbors said that, before I moved in, he was here all day everyday. Not sure what he was doing but the work I hired him for took months to never be done, or to be done totally half assed.
