We had a good bit of delays but it was all weather related! Storms either of snow or rain. Finally a break and it was done. We left Derek have his designing way and it turned out perfect. A few call backs for screws and waiting on a popped board to be tacked down but he will get here he’s really a great designer !! Excellent work and even the county said his mounting to the house was excellent!
