Well, where do I start? This company owner, Raul first responded to an ad I ran seeking bids for a whole house fan install in my home with plaster ceilings. He wrote that he was ready and able to do the fan job, and that he had worked on many plaster jobs and had more experience than most. I wrote him back and asked him to come by my house. I didn't hear back. So a few days later I called and he apologized that he was busy. So he told me he'd call back to let me know a good day to come by. He never called me back so I called again, he apologized again and we made an appmt for him to come by my house. He never came and I'm glad he didn't, probably would have been alot of trouble.
