Poor experience. From having to”settle” on finishes to waiting for punch list to be completed. We are nearing the one year mark and still have cracks in walls, exterior paint that can be scratched off with a fingernail, and both neighbors have the drainage from their downspouts emptying onto our property. Kitchen cabinet doors had to be replaced. Flooring defects due to improper installation. Fireplace that is purely decorative, that local fireplace vendors can’t even get parts for because the company has gone out of business. Light fixture issues, heating issues... neighbor with RBC home also has problems.
