Poor experience working with this contractor. Bad prep for painting wrt lead paint. (Prep spilled lead particles all over neighborhood, in violation of municipal, state and Federal laws). Poor work quality in construction. Project late (although many are). Rude to neighboring properties by leaving debris. End work product not attractive or well done. Would not rehire.

I just completed a kitchen remodel with RCT and had a very different - and overwhelmingly positive - experience with the Contractor as well as the folks who did the electrical, plumbing, sheet rock, flooring, tiling and painting work. The Contractor was very professional and courteous throughout the entire job. He also kept me up to date on the orders for materials as well as timing of the work. Additionally, he was very respectful of the fact that we were living in the house during the work and covered the work areas to reduce the dust. And at the end of each day, he came by and cleaned up the areas inside and outside of the house. Needless to say, I do not hesitate to give RCT my highest recommendation and already recommended him to people I know. I have had other work done in my midcentury home over the years and this was by far the very best experience I had. We now have a gorgeous kitchen. The Contractor is a perfectionist, and everything is perfect.
