Purchased a house from ELS Futures LLC in June. Real Estate Investors Rehab was the contractor that rehabbed the house. Less than a month after moving in, started having sewer system problems. Plumber thought their was a rupture in the line. Found out that Real Estate Investors Rehab covered over a 5" uncapped cleanout line with floor tiles. Entire utility room was covered in raw sewage.
