I paid Realscapes $73,500 of $123,600 contract and they only did about 35% of the work. The amount of money I paid did not reflect the amount of work I should have had done. When they asked for more money I refused and they refused to come back. They asked for more money, even after failing inspection. When i refused, they refused to come back. They also made mistakes and caused water damage to my existing house and refused to take responsibility for it . Don’t hire this company. They will lie and rip you off. I plan on taking legal action.
