BEWARE of this construction company. They built a deck off our 2nd story master bedroom and the first rain came with floods into our home. They didn’t seal the door they cut into our home properly causing SERIOUS flooding issues. We had water in our bedroom and in our dining room. The damage was extensive. Tim Barnes was really challenging to work with, and very deceitful. He said he would have workers come fix it, but nothing ever came of his promises. Eventually he stopped taking our calls and text messages and completely ghosted us. We had to live with the destruction for months and eventually had to hire a restoration company to come fix his horrible work which cost us over $4,000.00. We will definitely be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and DOPL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! BEWARE. You will regret the crappy work they will do to your home. If I could give them negative stars I would. WATCH OUT.
