DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY! AC stopped working in my rental unit, so my home warranty unfortunately contracted with these people. Similar to another review I read today. Tech came and blamed issue on dirty coils. The tech also said that aside from dirty coils that there were too many issues with my unit and he could not fix them! He declined to make repairs and did not contact the home warranty for authorization to make repairs or to inform of the cost to fix it that same day. He left the tenant with no AC in 110 degree weather. I called the company multiple times to ask why they did not repair unit and why they did not inform me or the home warranty what needed to be done and how much it would be, but all I would get was an answering machine. They never returned my messages (as suspected). Took them two days to send the report to the home warranty company saying it was a dirty coil issue. Keep in mind I had the unit serviced less than a year ago and techs had tuned AC to leave it in good working order for the new tenant. When I called the home warranty company they said that there was nothing they could do because Red Wolf had reported the issue was due to dirty coils. I got a second opinion from a reputable valley company which encountered unit with low refrigerant, leaky condenser and damaged compressor, all these things are covered under home warranty and should have been fixed/replaced. I escalated issue with home warranty and they are sending another contractor to fix/replace unit because Red Wolf acted unethically and left the tenant to hang dry. Probably because they did not want to replace unit and lose money. I have had multiple properties with multiple AC home warranty claims and no crap company had ever declined repairs due to dirty coils to grasp at straws and not repair when dealing with a home warranty. I hope these people go out of business soon before there are other victims. Sooner or later these unethical practices will come back to bite them. Very upset about their business practice, shame shame.
