Bruce Reese built a pre fab sunroom attached to our home. The cement slab cracked down the middle 4 months later. Just put leveler over the cement and called it good. Doesn't look good and has some humps. The walls were not level had to "fix" that too. He gets it done to code but doesn't care what it looks like. Our sunroom was overpriced to begin with and he mentioned when he finished ( almost 2 yrs later) that he should have charged more! Was not an enjoyable experience!
