not reliable at all, the concrete had an orange color mixed in it and when Alex finally came to take a look at it he agreed it had an orange color mixed in it, when it gets wet you can really see the orange color, he said the mixer must not have been cleaned properly, he took responsibility for it and said he would have a crew come back out and put a layer on top of it, we have left numerous messages and when we finally get called back he always says when the weather gets better, it's summer time the weather is fine and there are numerous cracks through out, I would never hire this company to do anything else for me, this is the worst company we have ever had do work for us.

My experience was not reliable at all. I allowed Alex to gut my 1st floor bathroom and now I have drywall that was not taped properly and you can tell where the nails are, it's not smooth at all. The worse part is that his workers installed a tub with jets and every time we take a bath and turn the jets on we have a rain forest in our basement. Oh, and they did not insulate the bathroom wall under the window so in the winter time it is freezing in my bathroom. I won't even discuss how he tried to charge me an extra $ 500 on top of money that I paid him for other jobs. Alex is a real sheister! Now we have to find a really reliable contractor to fix what he messed up.
