Billy was unreliable. He committed to our project dates, then pushed them out by over a month. This caused massive problems for other scheduled cleaning and repairs, as we were getting our house ready to sell. The painting he did do was OK, but there were some quality issues in some of the rooms. Overall, if you have a project on a timeline, you should avoid working with Reliance.
