I hired Chris Normandin, owner of Remodeling Just Do It from several states away to work on my property in Arizona. He performed work (although I don't know what). In good faith, I authorized a charge to my credit card of $1244.00, and he promised to send me the work order/receipt needed for my insurance claim and tax return. Despite numerous requests over the last year (via phone, text, and email), no documentation has been provided. The business has also failed to respond to requests from my credit card company and the BBB. I don't know whether his failure to perform as promised is simply bad business practice or something worse; I do know I'd never recommend this business to someone else.
