Lorenzo and the team at Renova are simply fantastic. He really knows his stuff, takes time to explain it well, and his customer service is excellent. Just be prepared for it to take a while to get your job on his scheduled. He does a great job, and everyone knows it, so he's busy. But if you can be patient you'll love the job he does. If you want details of our experience with him, read on.
We had him seal our brand new backyard concrete decking in Oct 2019. The concrete is a very light tan color, and we wanted to keep it that way. We were afraid the sealer would darken the concrete too much. He talked us through several options, laid down some samples for us to choose from, and finally recommended we use a very thin seal coat first to see how we liked it. It worked and looked great, but we wanted some extra protection, so we had him add a second coat before winter. It was beautiful and it did a great job protecting the concrete from stains from fallen leaves, etc.. His team was professional and highly detailed. After a few months we did discover just how hard it is to keep such light concrete looking clean, even with it sealed, so we had Renova back in June 2020 to put a thicker coat on. Now dirt and stains just wash off. Again, he did a great job! He cleaned the concrete extremely well before putting on two coats of sealer. It's moderately shiny, and we have to be careful when it's wet, because it is slippery, but we know that will improve as the sealer begins to weather. We HIGHLY recommend Lorenzo and Renova, and will definitely use him again when it's time for another coat. Thank you, Lorenzo!!

We can't say enough good things about this company. Lorenzo was wonderful from start to finish. He came over to give us a bid and explained the whole stain process from start to finish. He and the whole crew were kind and professional when walking us through what they were doing and made it look exactly as we wanted. They were very prompt and efficient. Very happy with their service and the finished product. Thank you guys! Will definitely refer on to all my friends and family!!

We've now used Lorenzo twice - first to refinish our front patio and last week to restore our driveway. The results were outstanding - both look like new - and his pricing was very fair. He and his crew worked long hours and are true perfectionists. Highly recommend this contractor!

I am overwhelmed with happiness on our patio concrete restoration completed by RENOVA Concrete Stain Design. I wish we found them 2 years ago when we hired a different contractor to seal our 1500 sq ft and the product washed off in the rain and ended up looking worse than what we started with.
I had many questions for Lorenzo because this time I wanted to educate myself and make sure I found someone who would do the job right. Lorenzo was very patient with my questions, understood my concerns and explained what he thought would be best. His expertise with our concrete & what products to best use for our job was top notch.
He made some adjustments as he saw how the concrete was reacting that were fully coordinated with me and we were all pleased with the final result. We have a finished backyard patio/pool deck surrounded by flower beds, a firepit, & BBQ/kitchen area. Everything was carefully masked for protection, along with the stucco of the house and giant rock retaining wall. The pool was not only protected but he cleaned up any debris that fell in and the water looked cleaner than when he arrived. He showed respect for our property while completing the job.
His attention to detail was 5-star ! The 3 guys were a real team, so easy to work with, on time, neat and tidy.
Lorenzo's price was reasonable and he worked around our need to have the project done for a special celebration in June. For projects like this, you have to plan ahead and be patient as contractors are busy, especially the good ones. He gave us a date a few months out and arrived promptly each of the 3 days to start work. I can't stop looking out the window at how beautiful our concrete looks!

Lorenzo and his crew just finished restoring my 18 year old stamped concrete. I have to say that I have never been so impressed with a contractor, ever. This is after many years of dealing with good and bad ones.
My concrete literally looks better than the day it was put in. Their attention to detail worked very well with my cleanliness issues. They took great care taking a messy job and working around a finished back yard.
I have been searching for the right company for several years and had some crazy quotes and many concrete companies wanted nothing to do with restoration because they don't understand it (if they even called back). Lorenzo hit it out of the park.
His quote was extremely fair, he scheduled a date a couple of months out and was on time every day until the project was done. the price matched his contract and I am even going to have him do some more work to my pool.
He is a busy guy like everyone is right now but I would say without hesitation, hire him and be patient, you will have a hard time fining anyone better at their craft (at any price). It is well worth the wait and we were very lucky to find him.

Lorenzo was doing work at a neighbors house so I asked him to come to my place to give me a bid on some hardscape projects and staining. He said he would send me a quote in a couple days. A week went by and I received nothing, so I called, and he said he would send it, and another couple days went by still nothing. I called and left a voice mail and asked him while he was putting a quote together to schedule me in his books. No response. After 2 voice mails and 4 texts he never replied. That just goes to show you how your project will go if you hire him. Anyhow, I hired a very good company who was timely, professional, returned calls, very reasonable prices. I would not recommend Lorenzo or his company
We had about 2700 sq ft. of stamped concrete that was in bad shape in terms of stain color and sealer. It needed a complete makeover.
Spec-West the Industry standard for Concrete Trade supplies, highly recommended Lorenzo and Renova Concrete. They were exactly right.

We found the whole crew supervised by Lorenzo to be outstanding showing attention to every little detail when it comes to re-surfacing, staining and sealing. Lorenzo is capable of making adjustments on the go and being sure that you like the results prior to applying the rest of the whole stamped concrete pool deck. We got the color we wanted and the band color to compliment.
He transformed our back yard patio area (2600 sq ft.) to make it come alive again in color and vibrancy. We are very happy.
